Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever happens first.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, after delivery, you can proceed with a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modification

We currently do not support changes to order details or shipping addresses once the order has been placed. If you need to make changes, you must cancel the order (if applicable) and place a new one.
